Business Celebrations 2011 Terms and Conditions

1. All nominations must be for businesses operating within the Gosport Borough boundaries.
2. All applications must be submitted on the official nomination form. Nominations will not be considered if they are incomplete.
3. Nominations will be treated in complete confidence by the panel.
4. All nominations must be received by 5pm on Friday 7th October 2011
5. Applications must not exceed the maximum words for each section. 
6. 3 pieces of supporting evidence can be submitted, up to a maximum of 5 A5 sheets.
7. The information provided must be accurate, to the best of your knowledge. The panel may request further supporting information if required.
8. Gosport Borough Council shall not be responsible for returning any materials (including photographs) to entrants unless by prior written agreement.
9. The organisers will keep original nomination forms. Photocopies will be circulated to members of the panel.
10. Companies can be nominated for more than one category.  One nomination form must be completed for each category entered.
11. The organisers will not accept costs, however incurred, by the nominees
12. Companies will be contacted by Friday 28th October if they have been successful.  All shortlisted entrants will be expected to be involved in reasonable publicity activities surrounding the Business Celebration.
13. Winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on Wednesday 30th November 2011.
14. The decision of the panel is final in respect of all matters concerning nominations, including the interpretation of these rules.
15. Any businesses represented on the panel will not be eligible to apply.
16. By completing the relevant nomination form you agree to these terms and conditions.
