South East Growth Fund
The South East Growth Fund (SEGF) is a £30m venture capital fund committed to investing in fast growing small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in South East England. This is a government-backed scheme, which is independently administered by WM Enterprises. Investment of up to £500,000 is available for companies that can demonstrate they are able to achieve significant growth in the future. (This is limited to an initial investment of £250,000, with the option of another £250,000 investment after six months).
As well as investment, advice and support is available to grow businesses further; including assistance from a pool of expert non-executive directors and access to contacts.
South East Growth Fund investment is available to companies at any stage of development and a broad range of sectors are eligible.
