Industrial Estates Register
Gosport Borough Council produces an Industrial Estates and Business Park Register, which lists occupiers and vacant units. This is updated annually and provides contact details for the local commercial agents marketing any available premises.
Invest in Portsmouth - commercial property database
In partnership with neighbouring local authorities, the Council supports Invest in Portsmouth (a partnership of four local authorities including Gosport Borough Council) who maintain an online database of commercial premises in the South-east Hampshire area. The database is updated regularly with information supplied by local commercial agents and business centre managers.
