Lee on Solent
The seaside town of Lee on Solent offers a small and healthy retail centre with its own distinct character located on Pier Street and the High Street.
The town offers a good range of shops and providers serving both the local community and also the flood of visitors who come down to the area on weekends and holidays.
Not only is there a good range of essential services (banks, a pharmacy and a post office), the town also benefts from an independent butcher, greengrocer and fishmonger as well as a convenience store.
The town also offers a wide range of cafes and restaurants. Many of these are located on Marine Parade, which runs parallel to the seafront thus affording stunning views over the Solent and Isle of Wight.
The seafront with its family-friendly amenities is within easy walking distance of the main shopping area.
There are a number of car parks located on the seafront and on-street short-term parking is available for up to 30 minutes.
