Quit4Life's Free Workplace Stop Smoking Service

Helping your team go smokefree can increase company productivity and boost staff morale, and is a free and simple way to show you care about the health and wellbeing of your employees.
Quit4Life, Hampshire's free NHS Stop Smoking Service, can help, however many smokers you employ:
If you have just a few smokers we can provide leaflets a posters to direct staff to their nearest Quit4Life support;
If you have at least 8 smokers who want to quit we offer weekly sessions on site which are both popular and successful.
